MP3 Player Extras

There are a lot of extra features you can look out for when buying a portable MP3 player. Based on what and how you're going to be using your MP3 player you might find some of these features extremely helpful and important.

LCD screens

Being able to see what songs are pplayed and be able to organize them is a very important feature if you ask me and I could not consider buying a MP3 player without a LCD screen. Check before you buy if the MP3 player has a LCD screen.

Planners

Being able to do other things with your MP3 player can also be a great addition. Writing down the things you need to do, birthdays, etc does have its uses. If you buy a MP3 player with an organizer it definitely won't hurt.

FM Radio

Sometimes we get tired of the music we listen to and want something different - a lot of MP3 players come with a FM radio so you can tune in on your favorite radio station or if you're away from home listen to the all so important match. :) A great extra feature if you ask me.

Upgradeable Firmware

Operating system running your MP3 player should be able to be upgraded as after some time new features can get added and you don't want to miss them.
